Why is the screw air compressor high temperature
I. cooling system. The factors that can be considered in the cooling system include environmental factors, indoor ventilation, cooler blockage, insufficient cooling water and cooling air volume, etc
1. Due to environmental factors and indoor ventilation, a large amount of heat will be generated during equipment operation. If this heat is not exported outdoors in time, it may cause closed circulating flow of air indoors, that is, the heat discharged by heat exchange of the air compressor will be inhaled from the air inlet of the air compressor. In such a vicious cycle, the equipment will continue to be high temperature. According to the ventilation status of the setting place, it is necessary to conduct forced ventilation when the ambient temperature exceeds 40 ℃
Precautions for indoor ventilation:
? As for the position of air inlet and exhaust outlet, the air inlet shall be set at the low place of the house as far as possible, and it is not easy to inhale environmental dust and harmful gas. C. in order to facilitate maintenance, the exhaust channel with detachable structure can be used, and the wind cover with canvas or white iron sheet can be used to connect and balance, so as to avoid excessive drawing and vibration transmission. Flexible adjustable movable blade plate can be installed to close the channel in winter to avoid too low temperature
2. The cooler is blocked. The cooler has air-cooled plate fin heat exchanger and water-cooled shell and tube heat exchanger. With the passage of service time, the cooler will be blocked due to the environment or cooling water quality. This can be confirmed by the temperature difference at the inlet and outlet of the cooler. Plate fin heat exchanger is a heat exchange tube bundle composed of rectangular plates and heat exchange tubes. For the blockage of air-cooled heat exchanger, it can be purged repeatedly with compressed air above 0.2MPa. In severe cases, it can be disassembled and cleaned as a whole. For water-cooled tubular heat exchanger, it is mainly composed of external shell and internal cooler. Due to different media flowing through the tube side and shell side of equipment from different manufacturers and different cooling water quality used on site, the blockage of tubular heat exchanger needs to be cleaned circularly by different chemicals
3. Insufficient cooling water and cooling air volume

If the cooling air volume is insufficient, check whether the start and stop temperature of the fan on the control panel is set reasonably and whether the cooling fan acts or is damaged in time; The anti dust screen at the suction port shall be purged regularly to prevent blockage; In addition, the unreasonable design and installation of the exhaust channel, too small exhaust air volume or large channel resistance will affect the air volume of the equipment, resulting in the increase of the exhaust temperature of the air compressor
? If the cooling water is insufficient, check the water temperature of the cooling water. The high water temperature reduces the temperature between the cooling water and the lubricating oil and reduces the heat exchange effect; In addition, the cooling water is insufficient, and the heat of high-temperature lubricating oil cannot be cooled by circulating cooling water in time, resulting in higher and higher temperature. Generally, the return water pressure of cooling water shall not be less than 0.15Mpa.
