The screw machine shall be placed in a flat and windward position, especially in the mining area or construction site. The screw machine shall be placed in a place with less dust as far as possible, and the tire must be fixed to prevent movement
　　

Check whether screw oil, diesel engine oil and antifreeze are sufficient and whether there is discoloration and deterioration; Whether the air filter element and pipeline are damaged or leaked; Whether the screws at key parts are fastened
　　

During use, the running time of the equipment shall be checked regularly. If the maintenance time is reached, it shall be maintained in time (the method to check the running time is to power on, press the modify timing button, and the digital display behind it is the running time. 
　　

Check whether there is water in the oil and gas barrel, especially in places with high air humidity, and check it every day. The drainage method is to slightly open the oil drain valve under the oil and gas barrel, and close the valve immediately if the liquid flowing out is relatively lubricating. It should be noted that the machine head must be allowed to stand for more than 6-8 hours before draining, otherwise the discharged liquid is an oil-water mixture
　　
If the screw head is not opened for more than 2L, it is necessary to add oil to the air inlet valve before starting the screw head, so as to prevent the screw head from being damaged
　　

The maintenance cycle is also different in different use environments. The maintenance cycle should be shortened due to heavy dust and high air humidity:
